I had a fantastic stay at Hf Fenix Porto in Porto. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and there was a metro station nearby for easy access to all parts of the city. The room I booked was a privilege room on the 13th floor with a beautiful city view. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a soft bed and pillows. The hotel staff were friendly and provided me with a city map and directions to the main sights. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Porto.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say, it was a great experience. The location was perfect as it was in a very good area and just a short walk away from the river. I also loved how it was out of the centre, so it was a little bit far from the city centre and all the noise. The staff went out of their way to help and comply immediately with any request at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen tv.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in the area.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is in the old center of the city, close to a supermarket and easily accessible for buses. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a variety of food options that change daily, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The hotel lacks its own restaurant, only offering a Sushi Bar&Restaurant option.

Great location, within walking distance to a food court and department store, and close to the river for river tours and sampling Oporto liquor. Clean and ample rooms, the hotel provided spacious and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. Amazing breakfast, the breakfast spread was huge and offered fresh and delicious options every morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a table for eating. The staff was very helpful and accommodated our needs, especially with our 18-month-old toddler. They even let us have a late check-out as our flight was in the evening. The hotel's location was excellent - close to a nice market and just 5 stops away from the historical center of town. Transportation was convenient with taxis readily available.
